This is an exceptional opportunity to become a key player in a well-respected Corporate team that works on cutting-edge matters including M&A, capital raisings, corporate governance, and general commercial transactions (all front-end work).

Your role will include:

• Acting as the right hand to the Partner – ensuring their day-to-day runs seamlessly
• Diary, email, and travel management
• Drafting court documents and high-level correspondence
• Running reports and managing end-of-month billing
• Being a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary (open to practice group backgrounds)
• Confident with diary management and monthly billing (or a willingness to learn)
• A positive, can-do attitude and professional presence
• Strong communication skills and discretion with confidential matters
