Our client is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support their busy operations team in Potts Hill. This is a hands-on, operational role ideal for someone with a strong warehouse background and sound computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, sort, issue, load and unload materials using various handling equipment

Maintain warehouse inventory systems (SAP and MAXIMO)

Perform stock inspections, report damages/shortages, and execute loss prevention activities

Safely manage and discard waste packaging

Maintain clean and secure storage facilities

Operate and inspect material handling equipment and report any faults

Coordinate contractor site inductions including safety presentations and permitting

Ensure governance and compliance with policies and procedures

What You’ll Bring:

Valid Forklift Licence

Proven warehouse operations experience

Basic to intermediate computer skills

SAP system experience (warehouse-related)

Experience using MAXIMO (advantageous)

National Police Check
