We’re working with a well-established electrical contracting company that’s been delivering commercial and residential projects across Sydney for over 20 years. They’re seeking a capable and motivated Electrical Site Supervisor/Foreman to oversee the full electrical scope on a new 40,000sqm project from the ground up.

The Role:
As the dedicated Foreman on-site, you’ll focus on delivering one project at a time, managing all electrical activities from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the Project Manager and Director.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily on-site operations
• Supervise a team of 3–4 in-house electricians plus subcontractors
• Coordinate works according to project schedules and construction phases
• Ensure all electrical works are installed to spec, on time, and safely
• Interpret electrical plans, drawings, and scopes of work
• Be involved in toolbox talks and ensure WHS and compliance requirements are met
• Resolve on-site issues in collaboration with PMs and office staff
• Monitor progress and report updates to management

About You:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman, Site Supervisor, or Leading Hand
• Strong background in commercial construction – warehouse or industrial builds highly regarded
• Current Electrical Contractor Licence and NSW Supervisor Licence (essential)
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Ability to work closely with trades, builders, and site managers
