Gemelli Group is looking for a reliable and friendly Reservation agent with hospitality experience and a knack for managing reservations and guest service.

About the Role:

You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. Taking phone reservations, email enquiries and managing floor plans. You will work from the head office based in Southport, QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage reservations and guest flow using our booking system.

Handle phone and email enquiries efficiently and professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in front-of-house hospitality, reception, or host roles.

Confident with reservation systems.

Friendly phone manner

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.

Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
