Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced residential salesperson for our premium projects. With a significant current pipeline of major projects we have years of guaranteed listings. We're looking for a senior member of our project marketing team who knows how to service our many valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound enquiries and conduct outbound calls.

Attend on site displays and sales events as required

Log all enquiries into project databases, conduct follow ups with buyers

Work with our developers to ensure their projects are a success.

Learn all about each of our projects and become product expert

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential sales with a proven track record over a number of years

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
