Our client, a powerhouse national advisory firm in the CBD is looking for a Senior Lead Adviser to take on a leadership role in their growing team. Established in 2011 this firm is a leader in financial advice, with a well-earned reputation for excellence and a strong client base.

Your Role:

Lead and mentor a team of skilled advisers, fostering collaboration, development, and high-performance to deliver exceptional results for clients.

Provide holistic, strategic, and investment advice to a select group of HNW and UHNW clients with an average FUM of $1-2m per client.

Shape and refine team processes to ensure all advice meets industry regulations and compliance frameworks.

Take ownership of driving the growth and success of the team, while leveraging your leadership skills to empower and support your team.

About You:

You have at least 5 years of experience providing financial advice and are known for your leadership in guiding and mentoring teams.

Your deep knowledge of investment strategies and strategic financial planning makes you a trusted adviser and leader in the field.

You are FASEA compliant,

A proven ability to build and nurture strong client relationships with an ethical, client-first approach.

You have a strong work ethic and a passion for compliance and delivering top-tier service.
