A leading national law firm is growing its Employment Law Practice and is looking for a Senior Associate with a particular strength in enterprise bargaining and remuneration-related disputes. About the Role
You’ll take on a strategic role advising employers across the full spectrum of workplace matters, with a particular emphasis on:

• Enterprise bargaining negotiations and strategy
• Pay and industrial disputes
• Compliance and regulatory advice under the Fair Work framework
• General protection claims and unfair dismissal disputes
• Workplace investigations, disciplinary processes and performance management
• Workplace policies, governance and training
• Executive contracts and incentive arrangements
• Employment-related litigation and dispute resolution

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years PQE in employment or workplace relations law
• Strong experience acting for employers, particularly in enterprise bargaining and pay-related disputes
• A commercial mindset, sound judgment and an ability to build trusted client relationships
• Excellent drafting and advocacy skills
• A genuine interest in contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team
