We’re on the lookout for a professional, organised and welcoming Receptionist to be the face of our clinic at Beyond Speech. If you’re someone who thrives on creating calm, connection and clarity – this could be your next great opportunity.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, based in our beautiful Healesville clinic. You’ll be an essential member of our Admin team, supporting our clinical team and leadership, and ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll:

Be the first point of contact – greeting and farewelling clients with warmth and professionalism

Manage all incoming and outgoing communications – phone, email and in-person

Open and close the clinic each day, ensuring everything runs on time and to plan

Support the clinical and leadership team with a variety of administrative tasks

Keep our scheduling systems running like clockwork

Create a calm and organised environment for both team members and clients

About You
You’re someone who is:

Organised, reliable and thrives in a structured environment

Naturally warm, empathetic and professional

A clear and confident communicator – both in writing and face-to-face

Calm under pressure, proactive and able to juggle multiple tasks

Comfortable with technology and happy to follow established systems

Committed to great customer service and teamwork

Experience in a healthcare, clinic or customer-facing admin role will be highly regarded.
