Key Responsibilities:
Customer service experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all clients from their initial contact to their departure.
Front Desk Management: Greet clients warmly, manage appointments, answer phone calls, and respond to email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Sales Lead Nurturing: Proactively identify and chase sales leads, following up on enquiries, providing information about our services, and assisting clients with their booking decisions.
Administrative Support: Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, manage client files, assist with general administrative tasks, and support the practitioners as needed.
Cleaning and Organisation: Assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the centre.
About You:
Proven experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably within a health, wellness, or customer-facing environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales and client engagement.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
Proficiency in using appointment booking software and Google Workspace.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
A friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanour.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
A genuine interest in health and wellness is a plus.
