About the Role

Browco, Australia's leading salon group, is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our head office in Bondi Junction.

This is a pivotal support role in our HR team, perfect for someone who thrives in growth, multi-site environment. You’ll work closely with our Head Office Team and store Managers to ensure our HR operations run smoothly while playing a hands-on part in nurturing our people and culture as Browco continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, employee contracts, and records

Support recruitment activities (scheduling interviews, posting roles, liaising with store managers)

Provide HR support to our salon teams across Australia

Maintain HR systems, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters

Contribute to training initiatives and staff development projects

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company standards

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar HR administration role

Experience supporting a business with multiple locations (preferably in beauty or retail)

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine interest in helping people thrive

Strong understanding of HR practices and confidentiality

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong communication skills – confident working with people at all levels

Proficient in HR software systems and Microsoft Office

Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or similar field (preferred)
