Skills and experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

Completed your Bachelor of Laws

Minimum 2 full years' of post-admission experience in general practice

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated experience in Commercial law, Litigation, Wills & Estate and an opportunity to work in other areas of the law

Experience with Leap legal software is an advantage

Advanced IT skills

Attention to detail

Great communicator

Excellent time management skills

Job tasks and responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Broad mix of work

Running your own files with support from Partners as required

Assisting Partners on files

Working closely with Partners and other staff

Enthusiastically interacting with clients and third parties daily

Utilising your time management skills and attention to detail to handle competing deadlines

Diligent ‘time recording’

Liaising with clients, barristers, and other professionals
