Leading/Mentoring/Training/Performance Managing your team of 5 -2 immigration lawyers (in Melbourne) and 3 paralegals (based overseas);

Contributing ideas to improve/add value to the business+ engaging in some business development/marketing to further grow the business.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

Are a lawyer admitted in Victoria with a current practising certificate;

Have MINIMUM 3+ years post-admission (or more-seniors welcome) in immigration law with broad-ranging experience across multiple visa classes (including skilled, family, employer-sponsored, business) and experience with ART and Federal Court;

are proactive, results driven & passionate about what you do with outstanding communication/people skills;

are a proven leader that loves to build, lead and optimize teams;

are ambitious with a desire to be more than just an employee.
