About the opportunity...
This role supports key commercial and medical business units and offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. You’ll play a critical part in enabling sales & marketing operations to run smoothly and effectively, contributing to the success of major product launches, educational events, and reporting.

In this role, you will…

  • Support event coordination and speaker training documentation.
  • Provide document and data support (PBS, CET, internal systems).
  • Raise purchase orders and assist with vendor management.
  • Partner with executive and admin teams to support internal initiatives and events.
  • Support departmental and affiliate projects as required.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and internal operating procedures.
  • Leverage digital tools and databases to manage reports, communications, and logistics.

In this role, you'll need…

  • At least 2 years’ experience in administrative or business operations roles.
  • Pharmaceutical and/ or healthcare, FMCG or related industry experience.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy and confident across Microsoft Office and digital tools.
  • A team player with the ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple tasks.
  • A commitment to working compliantly within a regulated industry.
