We are seeking a proactive and driven Aftersales Administrator to support a leading national automotive distributor's Aftersales department. As the Aftersales Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of national aftersales activities. This includes assisting with administration, training support, campaign coordination, reporting, and event organisation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, gaining exposure to a broad range of business areas and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support administration related to the Aftersales Training Academy
Assist with general Aftersales admin and monthly reporting
Help maintain service plan data and ensure accuracy with new model updates
Contribute to the launch and coordination of parts & accessories campaigns
Assist in organising and supporting Aftersales events
Provide internal departmental support as required
Aid in improving Aftersales systems and maintaining online store platforms
Participate in the rollout of national Aftersales initiatives
What We're Looking For
Recent graduate in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
Previous customer service experience highly regarded
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
A proactive learner with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
Professional presentation and the ability to engage at all levels
You'll Work With
Internal teams across Aftersales, Marketing, Finance, and National Operations
External stakeholders including dealers, repair networks, suppliers, and industry contacts
