What’s in it for You?
- OTE $100K–$120K
- Base Salary $60k – $65k Plus Super + Uncapped Commissions

About the Role
This is a high-energy, discovery-focused sales role where you’ll connect with individuals who’ve shown interest in building wealth through property. You’ll engage with them via phone, ask powerful questions, and guide qualified leads into a free consultation with a senior strategist.
It’s not about pushing or pitching—it’s about listening, qualifying, and guiding.
What the calls sound like:
“I noticed you recently requested more information—I just wanted to touch base and understand where you’re at in your investment journey. Have you ever considered working with a buyer’s agent before?”
You’ll explore:
- “Are you just getting started, or have you already purchased property?”
- “Do you know what your borrowing capacity might be?”
- “What’s your big motivator—freedom, income, retirement planning?”
From there, your goal is to book them into a deeper strategy call with one of the senior team.
What a Day Looks Like
- 150–180 outbound calls per day to leads generated from web enquiries, ads, and referrals
- Book 40–50 strategy calls per week, with clear call targets and support
- Use well-tested scripts and sales processes
- Log activity in the CRM and follow up as needed
- Participate in remote check-ins, performance coaching, and growth planning
- Consistently level up your skills in objection handling, qualification, and value communication
