ABOUT THE ROLE
In this hands-on sales role, you’ll be out in the field every day, connecting with businesses, identifying their cleaning challenges, and offering tailored solutions that genuinely improve their operations. You’ll be trusted to manage and grow a defined territory, focusing on building long-term client partnerships—not just quick wins.
Here’s what your day-to-day will involve:
Prospecting and developing fresh business opportunities
Managing a robust pipeline of key accounts and projects
Conducting impactful site visits and product demonstrations
Recommending optimal equipment and service packages
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service
Meeting key performance indicators for activity, pipeline, and revenue
ABOUT YOU
You're a driven, hands-on sales professional who thrives on solving problems and closing deals. You have a knack for building rapport and confidence, especially when showcasing the value of a high-performance product.
You'll bring:
Proven B2B sales or territory management experience.
A strong background in selling technical industrial solutions or technical industrial capital equipment, machinery, or industrial consumables.
The ability to build strong relationships across diverse industries.
Confidence in conducting engaging site visits and product demonstrations.
A proactive, independent mindset with a genuine passion for solving customer challenges.
SALARY & BENEFITS
BASE $80,000 - $100,000 | Super 12% | Car/Car Allowance | Commissions
