My Therapy Crew (MTC) is a values-driven, family-owned allied health organisation dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients and crew. Established and led by experienced therapists, MTC operates on the foundation of strong therapeutic and business expertise. Our multidisciplinary team provides therapy services across a wide range of needs and demographics, working with individuals from birth through to older age. About the Opportunity

My Therapy Crew is looking for Occupational Therapists based in North Lakes, QLD. With opportunities for both recent graduates and experienced therapists, this role can be tailored to suit your current career stage.

This role focuses on delivering comprehensive therapy services to adult clients with an emphasis on community-based services.

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Conducting functional capacity assessments, particularly under the NDIS framework

Developing and implementing therapy plans to support clients' independence and quality of life

Performing home modifications, including both minor and major adjustments

Trialling and recommending assistive equipment tailored to client needs

Preparing high-quality reports to support funding applications and care planning

Delivering community-based services through home visits, aged care facilities, and other settings

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, client-centred care

About You

To qualify, you will need a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) and current registration with AHPRA.

An interest or experience in functional capacity assessments, home modifications, and assistive technology

Strong written and verbal communication skills
