The Role

Reporting directly to the CFO, your duties will include but will not be limited to;

• Provide meaningful financial insights by collecting, analysing, and interpreting financial and operational data to support business decisions across various areas of the organisation.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and longer-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Support the preparation of management reports, including analysis of variances, trends, and performance metrics to guide strategic planning.
• Monitor financial performance and budget adherence, offering insights and recommendations where needed.
• Oversee month-end processes, including income recognition activities across multiple business units.
• Develop and enhance data collection and reporting tools using Excel, ERP systems, and BI platforms to improve efficiency and insights.
• Conduct cost and profitability analysis, identifying areas for operational improvement and potential cost savings.
• Collaborate with teams across finance, operations, and IT to gather relevant data and ensure consistent, aligned reporting.
• Contribute to the development of dashboards and visual tools that enhance data accessibility for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to automate or streamline financial data management and reporting processes.

Your Profile

A Highly motivated and experienced Management Accountant willing to jump in and get working on the Financials and upcoming month ends.

• CA / CPA Qualification or close to qualification.
• Working holiday visa candidates encouraged to apply
• You thrive in a fast paced and changing environment
• Experience working with large data sets, analysis, management reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Willing to work onsite 4 days per week
