What You'll Be Doing

- Lead and coach multiple field teams across active new home sites
- Run QC checks, spot issues early, and enforce “do it once, do it right” standards
- Train teams to work clean, fast, and to spec — every time
- Own daily job planning, resource allocation, and issue resolution
- Be the key contact for builder supervisors and ensure site-level professionalism
- Drive site pace — no hand-holding, no waiting around
- Enforce safety, compliance, and company standards
- Provide feedback that lifts team performance, not just fills a checklist

What We're Looking For

- Licensed A-Grade Electrician
- 5+ years' leadership experience running teams in residential electrical work
- Proven track record managing 3–5+ jobs/teams simultaneously
- Decisive, structured, and calm under pressure
- Strong on process, but quick to act — gets things done
- Excellent attention to detail with clear follow-through
- Confident communicator who can represent the business to builder supervisors and clients
- Comfortable using SimPRO, Microsoft Suite, and/or similar job management tools
