About the Role
As our Part Time Ecommerce Specialist, you’ll own the day-to-day operations of our Shopify site, supporting sales performance, customer experience, product merchandising, and digital optimisation.
This role blends creative flair with analytical insight — perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on role and loves being part of a purpose-driven business. You'll collaborate with marketing, retail, operations, and Podiatry teams to ensure the online experience is as thoughtful and impactful as the one our customers receive in-store.
Key Responsibilities
Online Store & Product Management
Manage product listings including images, SEO-friendly descriptions, categories, tags, and stock availability
Create and update collections, home page features, banners and product filters based on campaign calendars and retail launches
Ensure the website remains accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with ProFeet’s voice and visual identity
Digital Trading & Campaign Execution
Support the execution of digital promotions, online-exclusive offers and product launches
Analyse daily/weekly sales performance and customer behaviour, identifying areas for conversion and revenue growth
Contribute to campaign landing pages and optimise content for both engagement and conversion
User Experience & Site Optimisation
Champion an exceptional online customer journey across desktop and mobile
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance site usability, load speed, and checkout flow
Monitor and resolve issues affecting site functionality, including broken links, navigation bugs, or inconsistent visuals
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, AOV, cart abandonment, bounce rate and campaign performance
Use tools like GA4, Shopify, and Hotjar to uncover insights and provide data-backed recommendations
Report on digital activity and ecommerce performance monthly
Customer Support & Feedback Loop
Respond to or triage ecommerce-related customer enquiries (returns, stock issues, etc.)
Regularly review FAQs and policy pages to ensure clarity and ease of access
Gather and interpret customer feedback to improve the online experience
Marketplace & Integration Support
Assist in managing external channels such as Meta Shop, Google Shopping, or potential third-party marketplaces
Help integrate new tools or plugins that enhance store functionality, reviews, loyalty or shipping
What You'll Bring
Experience with Shopify (Shopify Plus preferred) and a strong understanding of ecommerce operations
Knowledge of UX principles, CRO (conversion rate optimisation), and online merchandising
Familiarity with GA4, Klaviyo, and tools like Canva or Figma
Comfortable working across data, design, and customer service tasks
Bonus: Experience with footwear, retail or lifestyle ecommerce
Detail-focused, self-motivated, and great at juggling priorities in a growing, collaborative team
