About the Role

• Provide personalised design and colour consultations in the showroom.
• Assist customers in selecting tiles, flooring, and finishes suiting their style and budget.
• Stay up to date with design trends and product innovations - training is provided.
• Basic administration duties as answering the phone, checking emails, sending quotes to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

What you'll need to succeed

• A background in sales, interior design or admin.
• Friendly and professional attitude that has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a creative flair.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Previous experience in retail or design consulting is highly regarded.
