Account Manager – Mining and Civil Infrastructure

• Up to $110K base + Fully Maintained Vehicle + Commission + Super
• Looking after Key Accounts within the Mining and Civil infrastructure space
• Global Giant within the Heavy Equipment space

They are currently looking for an Account Manager to maintain and increase wallet share from their key clients.

The Role

• We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts in the Darwin region.
• This role focuses on building strategic partnerships with mining, mining contractors, and civil infrastructure client base.
• Your day-to-day will include maintaining strong account relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning hire solutions to your clients’ project needs.
• You will be responsible for client planning, delivering against revenue targets, and ensuring high service standards across your portfolio.
• Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll play a critical part in the region's success by increasing market share within existing accounts.

The Candidate
You’re a commercially savvy and customer-focused professional with:

• Experience selling to mining end-users, mining contractors, and/or civil infrastructure market.
• A strong background in managing key accounts with strategic focus
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
• A proactive and organised mindset, ready to work autonomously and deliver results
• A background in equipment hire, industrial sales or similar technical solutions will be highly regarded.
