About You
1+ years experience as a professional phone repair technician across all devices
Reliability and proven capacity to plan, multi-task and prioritise effectively
A true people person and team player with a sense of fun, and a positive mindset
Excellent communication skills
Solution-focused and innovative
Appropriate rights to work in Australia
About The Role
Perform screen replacements, Motherboard Repairs and other types of repairs on mobiles and tablets.
Represent the Mobile Guru brand by delivering exceptional customer service by consistently repairing devices to the highest standard, and professionally engaging with customers

Essential Attributes
Proven ability (preferred 12+ months experience) in the technical repair of all Apple and Samsung devices.
Ability to maintain customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
Good time management skills and the ability to expedite a schedule of customer repairs.
Additional Requirements
An aptitude for acquiring skills in technical repairs and an eagerness to learn about all mobile products and devices.
Excellent prioritisation skills and an ability to make decisions quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
