About the role

iRepair Tech' is seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our team in Cowes, Victoria. This part-time role is pivotal in providing excellent customer service and high-quality repair services to our valued clients. As a Mobile Phone Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of mobile devices, ensuring our customers leave satisfied with the service they received.

What you'll be doing

Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify and resolve hardware and software issues with mobile phones, tablets and other devices

Carry out intricate repair procedures, including screen replacements, battery replacements and more

Process incoming repair requests in a timely manner, providing realistic turnaround times to customers

Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the repair process and ensuring their satisfaction

Sell Mobile Phone accessories to customers, offering guidance and recommendations based on their needs.

Maintain a clean, organised and efficient work environment

Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date with the latest repair techniques and industry developments

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a mobile device repair technician, with a strong understanding of smartphone and tablet hardware and software. Minimum 6 months experience is required

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues

Dexterity and attention to detail to perform intricate repair procedures

Customer service orientation, with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and friendly manner

Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
