We’re currently looking for someone who is approachable, reliable, and passionate about horticulture to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, deliver exceptional customer service by providing expert horticultural advice and plant knowledge

Provide plant care tips and answer questions confidently

Water, prune, and monitor plant health, keeping displays fresh and vibrant

Restock shelves and maintain a clean, inviting retail environment

Support the team with general store duties as needed

Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Must Haves:

Sound knowledge of plants and plant care (essential)

Certificate III in Horticulture or higher qualification

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a nursery or horticultural setting

Physically fit and capable of hands-on outdoor work

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
