NK Orthodontist is seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals. We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development in digital orthodontics.

Position Details:

• Permanent part-time (34 hours per week)

• $30-$35 per hour (experience dependent)

• 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday)

• No weekends or evenings

• Locations: Spring Hill and Chermside

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform intraoral scanning using Itero scanner

• Take patient records, including photos, digital scans, and x-rays

• Conduct lab work and instrument sterilization

• Use Othotrac dental software for patient note-taking

• Assist with orthodontic procedures, including band-ups, de-bands, retie, and clear aligner appointments

• Participate in professional development and industry conferences

Qualifications:

• Experience as a dental assistant (orthodontic experience preferred)

• Proficiency in digital scanning

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
