About Us

Adecco is proud to be partnering with a national business that provides electrical and other services to their clients onsite. They work across multiple sites and locations across the country and are looking to expand their team to better service one of their key clients. You will be responsible for providing HVAC service and maintenance, ensuring that their needs are met while communicating with the onsite managers and ensuring excellent customer service to develop further business.

Responsibilities

Your day to day would revolve around the following:

Proactive Site Maintenance
Carry out regular store walkthroughs to identify and log maintenance needs, keeping the site team informed and building strong working relationships.

Responsive Fault Handling

Attend to all reactive service calls promptly, aiming to resolve issues on the first visit, using the companies apps and IT systems to log information accurately and in a timely fashion.

Preventative Maintenance
Complete scheduled maintenance tasks professionally and on time, while maintaining the logs.

Energy Efficiency & Support

Ensure energy usage is minimised and temperature settings are optimised. Act as the go-to person for any energy-related queries or improvements.

Health & Safety Focus

Actively identify and report any safety or occupational health concerns, collaborating with Site Managers to resolve potential risks.

Customer & Store Liaison
Be the face of the business onsite and ensure good client relationships in order to maintain and increase the business.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate must be fully trade qualified. The candidate must have either a Building Works Licence for Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration or a Restricted/Unrestricted Electrical Workers Licence as well as a Refrigerant Handling Licence. You must also have a full drivers licence.

At this time the client is not accepting applicants who require Visa sponsorship. The successful client must also be able to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check.

What's on Offer?
Salary: $110,000/year + Super + Vehicle
Roster: Monday - Friday 38 hours per week with overtime available
