Allied Health Service Lead – Therapy Services

We’re now on the lookout for an inspiring Allied Health Service Lead to guide a passionate team of therapists and allied health assistants delivering life-changing outcomes across South Australia.

About the role

As a key member of our Therapy Services leadership team, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary group of allied health professionals to ensure high-quality, person-centred services. This role blends clinical expertise, operational oversight, and people leadership to drive innovation and continuous improvement in NDIS service delivery.

You'll also:

  • Manage and support a diverse team of allied health professionals
  • Balance leadership responsibilities with a small caseload (as needed)
  • Drive service development aligned with strategic goals
  • Monitor performance, utilisation, and caseload management
  • Support quality, compliance, and client engagement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and sector partners

Who we’re looking for

You’re an experienced allied health clinician (e.g. OT, SP, Physio, Psych, etc.) who’s passionate about leading others and creating impact. You thrive in dynamic environments, build strong relationships, and know how to motivate teams to achieve their best.

You’ll bring:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and registration with your discipline's registering body (ie.AHPRA or SPA)
  • Experience leading or supervising multidisciplinary teams
  • A strong understanding of the NDIS and contemporary clinical practice
  • A client-first mindset and a collaborative leadership style
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence navigating change and improving systems
  • A values-led approach that aligns with Kudos' mission
