My client, a powerhouse (pardon the pun) within the Energy Sector is looking for a ‘Life Support Advocate’ to join their team on a contract basis.

Role: Life Support Advocate
Type: Approximately 6-month assignment
Work type: Hybrid – once trained
Rate: Up to $400/day + Super (Depending on experience)
Location: Parramatta

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver the intake and de-registration of life support customers
• Ensure compliance of all processes and procedures and regulations
• Conduct wellness checks for life support customers
• Develop and maintain life support communications to be shared via various channels
• Record and respond to customer complaints pertaining to life support processes
• Prepare and provide input to ad-hoc reports

Requirements:

• Ideally someone who has undertaken a similar role or from a compliance/regulatory background
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Team player – works well in a team environment
• Proficient with Excel (Pivot and VLOOKUPS)
• Good communication skills – written and verbal
• SAP experience highly regarded
• Someone who can start within the next week or two (at the latest)
• Needs to be available for the next 6 months (no holidays planned before year end)

Other:

• Position will be based out of Parramatta (2 mins from train station)
• Monday – Friday work week
• Hours: 40 hours/ week
• Once fully trained and competent – ability to work 2 days from home
