What you'll be doing

Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within your assigned territory

Conducting face-to-face sales meetings and presentations to both new and existing customers

Providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships

Accurately quoting, negotiating, and closing sales deals

Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline

Collaborating with the broader sales team to share best practices and support each other's success

What we're looking for

Previous sales experience, preferably in a B2B or international trading environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in using sales tools

A proactive, resilient, and self-motivated approach to work

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is essential.
