We are currently recruiting for positions on the Gold Coast, as well as Brisbane and Bayside.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care.

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Help clients participate and thrive in community activities and social events.

Develop and implement individualized support plans.

Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all clients.

Requirements

A genuine passion for helping others.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Relevant certifications, includes minimum Cert III Disability or Aged Care or working towards it.

NDIS Screening Check.

First Aid/CPR (current).

1+ Years Experience in Aged and/or Disability Care

A positive attitude and a commitment to making a difference.

Availability across Monday to Sunday, including sleepovers.

A clean, reliable vehicle and a current Australian driver’s licence.

Full COVID-19 vaccination status (as per Queensland Government Directions).
