We’re looking for Leading Hand Carpenters for a series of high-end residential builds across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore.

You’ll be working closely with the on-site Foreman, helping run day-to-day operations while still being hands-on with the tools. The role is roughly 60% on the tools, 40% supervising and coordinating.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified carpenter with solid experience in architectural residential builds
• Confident reading and interpreting detailed construction drawings
• Able to lead a small team, keep things moving, and maintain a high standard of finish
• Reliable, organised, and takes pride in their work
• Strong communication and a good attitude on site

What you’ll be doing:

• Working directly under the site Foreman to deliver high-end projects
• Running sections of the job and leading a team of carpenters and labourers
• Coordinating with trades, suppliers, and other site staff
• Keeping an eye on quality, timelines, and safety
• Ensuring architectural plans are followed accurately
