Business Support Officer (Administration / Finance)
Upcoming Contract Opportunities – Government | South East QLD
$35–$42ph + super (negotiable based on experience and role type)
We are currently inviting expressions of interest for upcoming Business Support, Finance, and Customer Service roles within government organisations across South East Queensland, with anticipated starts throughout July.
These dynamic contract opportunities will support internal teams by delivering high-quality administrative, financial, and customer service assistance to ensure efficient operations and excellent stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Providing professional customer service to internal and external clients
- Processing permits, licences, registrations, and other documentation
- Creating materials such as presentations, flow charts, and reports
- Performing data entry and document management tasks
- Supporting financial activities, including purchasing and inventory coordination
- Building positive working relationships with stakeholders and teams
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Full working rights in Australia
- Previous experience in government or fast-paced service environments
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- A proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- A valid Class C driver's licence (preferred)
