Responsibilities:
Are you passionate about supporting high-performing sales teams and driving operational excellence? In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in streamlining systems, improving processes, and empowering agents to achieve their best.

• Oversee and support a team of approx. 20 sales agents, 2 contract administrators, and 1 VA
• Drive operational onboarding and basic systems/process training for new agents
• Implement new systems, tech platforms, and stay across legislative changes
• Improve sales processes, automate workflows, and ensure operational compliance
• Recruit, support, and develop sales support roles
• Oversee the PM referral process, lead tracking, and allocation of office-generated leads
• Organise team events, training sessions, and foster a strong team culture
• Track sales-to-BDM leads and prepare detailed reports for leadership

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management or sales administration within a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Tech-savvy with experience implementing and managing new systems and platforms
• Confident team leader who enjoys supporting and mentoring others
• Real estate certificate or licence preferred
