Our organisation is seeking a proactive and hands-on leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, drive efficiency, and support a high-performing team in a manufacturing environment.

Position Details:

• Full-time, Permanent Role
• Monday to Friday - Day Shift
• Must have Microsoft Dynamic 365, SAP or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency
• Supervise, mentor, and support a team of warehouse staff to achieve targets and maintain high performance
• Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimise warehouse efficiency
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to streamline operations
• Forklift operations

Requirements:

• Undertake a pre-employment medical assessment
• Pass a police check

• Proven experience minimum of 5 years in a similar leadership role
• Experience within a manufacturing environment is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics
• Current Forklift Licence
• Preferred experience in Microsoft Dynamic 365, SAP or equivalent
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
