- Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network – Location Negotiable within Region
- AHP3 | Full Time | Ongoing
- Base Salary Range: $104,180 - $111,746 p.a
- In addition to base salary, this position attracts Superannuation, Leave Loading and Salary Sacrificing Benefits (salary packaging).

- Access to contextual Aboriginal Cultural Awareness Training (specific to the region) and access to Aboriginal Liaison Officers and Aboriginal Health Practitioners
- Links with Rural Support Service (RSS) – for useful resources and professional support and/or Clinical Governance
About the Role:
The Regional Clinical Senior Occupational Therapist is a highly skilled and experienced clinician who plays a vital leadership role in delivering high-quality, person-centred services across the FUNLHN region and rural South Australia. In this dynamic role, you will not only provide advanced clinical care but also support and guide fellow allied health professionals to strengthen service delivery and outcomes. You will contribute to innovative models of care, workforce development, and service planning, ensuring that occupational therapy services are safe, effective, and responsive to the unique needs of our regional communities. Working collaboratively with managers, clinicians, and key stakeholders, you’ll help shape the future of allied health in a way that truly impacts local lives.

About You:
- Must hold a recognised qualification within the relevant Allied Health Profession and be eligible for (full) membership of the relevant Allied Health Profession. For those professions requiring Registration all requirements to obtain and maintain current registration must be fulfilled. For self-regulated professions it is desirable to participate in the professional associations accredited continuing professional development program.
- Deliver complex clinical and/or consultancy services using specialist expertise, including Rural Generalist or discipline-specific skills.
- Work with professional independence and advanced clinical competence, applying reflective practice and new techniques.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of FUNLHN operations, strategic priorities, and workforce needs to support effective service delivery.
- Advise management on service development, practice improvement, and redesign based on client needs and demand.
