I'm partnering with a leading South Australian organisation to find a dynamic Business Process Management Specialist to join this dynamic team that is focused on engaging with senior stakeholders and their teams to identify, develop and deliver business process requirements.

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation-supporting enterprise-wide process architecture, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering real impact. Key accountabilities include:

• Undertake end to end process discovery through the facilitation of process workshopping and analysis with key stakeholders
• Ability to use structured research, enquiry and problem solving techniques to define issues and/or process requirements to reach agreement with initiative sponsors and development of implementation plans
• Working closely with initiative sponsors and stakeholders through the facilitation of process mapping workshops and training sessions to ensure ongoing measurement and reporting against project implementation requirements
• Setting up and managing governance requirements - creating, maintaining and communicating governance structure, policy, guidelines, project plans, providing status reports to initiative sponsors and key stakeholders, highlighting any risks or issues to ensure successful completion

You will possess:

• Proven experience in a senior business process mapping role
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to develop, lead and deliver workshops and training sessions to ensure successful outcomes
• Strong negotiation and communication skills at a senior level and the ability to drive initiatives in often challenging scenarios
• A strategic, systems focussed mindset with a passion for process improvement
