The Role
Forget cold calling! As a Learning Advisor, you'll be the crucial link between parents and tailored tutoring solutions. You'll engage with warm, qualified leads from parents actively seeking support for their children, guiding them through our seamless enrolment process.

This is a high-impact, outbound B2C phone-based sales role where your ability to connect, understand needs, and confidently close sales will directly contribute to our mission of student success. You'll master discovery questions, leverage Salesforce like a pro, and convert leads into lifelong learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound sales calls to prospective customers
• Manage & organise leads/pipeline in Salesforce
• Educate customers on Cluey's services and close deals (enrolments)

About You

• Proven success in outbound/inbound phone sales or a passion for sales and experience in teaching/tutoring.
• Strong communication, resilience, and time management skills.
• Education sales experience is a bonus but not required.
• Self-driven attitude towards work.

Requirements

• Located in Sydney NSW with valid Australian working rights.
• Ability to commute to the Sydney CBD office 3 days a week.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid NSW Working With Children Check.
