What You’ll Be Doing

Handle inbound enquiries and follow up on warm leads—no cold calling

Connect with motivated clients and guide them through our services

Deliver an outstanding customer experience with every call

Follow quality assurance and compliance processes

Build rapport quickly and convert conversations into results

Receive elite training, daily coaching and ongoing development

Who We’re Looking For

Previous sales experience (RTO, finance, recruitment, or phone sales ideal)

Confident communicator with strong negotiation and soft skills

Motivated, coachable and driven to succeed

Passionate about delivering a premium client experience

Resilient and energised by a team-driven environment

Available full-time and based in Sydney
