Reddy Mechanical Solutions is one of WA’s fastest-growing service providers for tail lifts, dock levellers, conveyor systems, and on-site mechanical solutions.
We work with major clients across transport, logistics, food and beverage, and industrial sectors – providing installations, repairs, servicing, and breakdown support. We’ve built our reputation on being reliable, responsive, and damn good at what we do.

Whether it’s diagnosing a hydraulic issue on-site, fitting out a tail lift, or troubleshooting a conveyor system—we do it fast, we do it right, and we back our team 100%.

🧰 The Role

We’re looking for a competent, switched-on tradesman or fitter who can hit the ground running. You’ll be working on a wide range of jobs including:

Installing and servicing tail lifts (e.g. Dhollandia, Anteo, Palfinger, etc.)

Repairing hydraulic and mechanical systems

On-site fault finding and breakdown support

Loading dock and conveyor system work

Working closely with the owner and being part of a tight-knit, high-performance crew

Each day brings something different—perfect if you hate the idea of being stuck doing the same thing every day.

✅ You’ll need:

Trade qualification (Mechanical Fitter, Auto Electrician, Diesel Mechanic or similar)

Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or lifting equipment (preferred)

Strong problem-solving and fault-finding ability

Positive attitude and reliability – no clock-watchers here

Full driver’s licence

Ability to work unsupervised on-site and take initiative

If you’ve worked on tail lifts, cranes, hydraulic gear, or trucks, you’ll love this role.
