The role will be delivering a major townhouse developments and some high-end residential builds. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced residential Site Supervisor to work for a commercial firm.

Key Requirements:

• Trade Qualified carpenter is preferred
• Proven experience as Site Manager/Supervisor on residential builds, double storey, high end residential builds or group dwelling projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, our client is looking for an honest, hardworking and professional individual
• Local experience required.
