About the role

Craig Rynne Construction is seeking a talented Draftsperson to join our team on a part-time basis in our Annerley office. As part of our dynamic Design & Architecture team, you will play a crucial role in bringing our architectural projects to life through detailed drafting and design work.

What you'll be doing

Producing detailed design drawings and documentation for a variety of construction projects from house extensions, new design and build and house lifting

Collaborating closely with clients, architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet all regulatory and client requirements

Staying up-to-date with the latest drafting software, techniques, and industry standards

Providing support and guidance to other team members

Participating in project meetings and design reviews to contribute your expertise

Prepare and submit applications, follow through with key people to ensure job stays on task

Conduct set backs, overlays, utility connections, covenants, character overlays and more

Strong grasp of the residential home building and construction process

Skills in Office, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook

A positive and can do attitude

The capacity to follow directions and thrive as part of a dynamic team

Meeting tight deadlines within a fast paced environment

Min 2 years of REVIT drafting experience

Min qualifications : Drafting Diploma or certificate IV drafting or equivalent
