What You’ll Do:

Operate excavators and earth-moving machinery to prepare sites for fence and gate installations.

Read and interpret site plans and markings to carry out precise digging and trenching.

Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.

Work with installation teams to ensure accurate post positioning and project delivery.

Adhere to safety policies, local regulations, and ground disturbance protocols.

Maintain a clean and safe job site, including post-project cleanup.

What You’ll Need:

Proven experience operating excavators in a construction or fencing environment.

Valid excavator operator license or certification

Strong understanding of excavation safety and underground utilities.

Physical fitness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Solid teamwork and communication skills.

Current driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
