LOOKING FOR A CIVIL ALL-ROUNDER / EXCAVATOR OPERATOR THAT HAS EXPERIENCE IN ROAD RECONSTRUCTION FOR LOCAL COUNCIL

(Asphalter, Concreter, Kerbie, Landscaper, Civil)

Location: Melbourne - The majority of our projects are based in the east/southern east suburbs.

About Us:

Blue Peak Constructions is a respected entity dedicated to improving our community through local council infrastructure projects. Based in Springvale, our work is mainly in the south east region of Melbourne including roads, hardscapes, carparks, streetscapes, drainage and more.

We are seeking a proficient Civil all-rounder / Excavator Operator to join our team. If you possess a minimum of 3 years of experience on local council projects, with concreting, asphalt, drainage and truck driving experience (desirable), we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your experience to complete tasks efficiently and according to project specifications with minimal supervision

Operate Excavator and Machinery safely, with skill, control and efficiency to produce quality outcomes

Adhere to strict safety protocols and council regulations on-site.

Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and goals.

Involvement in concreting, asphalting and all other on ground activities when not operating.

Useage of small hand held machinery like demo saw, compactors, Jack Hammer etc.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping, concreting or civil construction on local council projects.

Experience in concreting and asphalt work is desirable but not mandatory

A truck driver's license is desirable.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.

Physical fitness and adaptability to various weather conditions.

Commitment to safety and high attention to detail.
