Metrocity Realty have been in the West End/ South Brisbane area for over 20 years and offers both Sales & Property Management Services.
We are searching for our next Senior Property Manager to join our successful team.
The Role:
Oversee the day -to day operations of a small tidy portfolio
Liaising with landlords & tenants
Arranging maintenance
Completing exit condition reports
Assistant to complete routine inspections & entry condition reports
No trust accounting
Perks of the job
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm – No weekends
Phone provided
Work from home 1 day per week
Salary based on experience & negotiable for the right person
Social activities throughout the year
Leasing support provided- no inspections required by you & they will process your applications
Receptionist & VA to assist with admin tasks
Property Me, IRE, Trello software used
Full training provided of our systems which includes helpful checklists
Organise your own day and no micro-management
What we need from you
A current QLD Certificate of Registration
Drivers license & own reliable vehicle
