• Senior Project Manager - SuccessFactors

The role:
You will utilise your SAP HCM experience to implement SAP SuccessFactors including payroll integration for a mid-tier government department.

What you will be doing:

• Shape the delivery strategy and supporting roadmap.
• Establish stakeholder engagement strategies to support the SAP implementation.
• Manage project controls including schedule, risks and issues, budget, reporting, communication etc.
• Create the operating model to enable BAU support of the system after the project has been completed.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of one successful SAP SuccessFactors deployment is essential; more than two is preferred.
• Government procurement experience would be highly desirable.
