Luma Therapy is a values-driven, NDIS-registered provider offering Positive Behaviour Support and therapeutic services across Western Australia. We are committed to providing person-centred, trauma-informed support that respects neurodiversity and empowers individuals across all ages.

Due to growing demand, we're expanding our team and are looking for compassionate and skilled Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners to join us on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)

Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSP)

Write PBS recommendation letters and reports

Collaborate with support teams, families, and allied professionals

Maintain NDIS compliance and documentation standards

Who We're Looking For:

Qualified in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Education, or a related field

Experience in PBS or willingness to develop within the framework

ABN and relevant insurances (or willingness to obtain)

NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check

Strong communication and report-writing skills

Passion for supporting people with disability and complex needs
