About the Role

As a Home Care Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in supporting the care workforce, ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality care services. Working in the field, you'll be the direct channel of support for carers – providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to help them succeed.

It's a 12-month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support, guidance, and leadership to Home Care staff.

Monitor service delivery and ensure high standards of care.

Identify training needs and support professional development.

Conduct buddy training and assist in recruitment and onboarding of new carers.

Support carers in performance development, return-to-work plans, and well-being.

Assist with employee appraisals and low-level performance management.

Promote safety through WHS compliance, hazard monitoring, and incident reporting.

Help maintain accurate and up-to-date care documentation.

Step in to assist with care services during staff shortages or special needs.

About You
