Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of older Australians? Goodwin, a respected leader in aged care and support services, is seeking a dedicated Home Care On-call Carer to join our Home Care team.

This is a full-time, rostered role (38 hours/week) where you'll play a vital part in delivering quality in-home care to our valued clients and assist with administrative tasks when not providing direct care.

Key responsibilities include the below, but not limited to this :-

Providing Care

Deliver personalised, high-quality care in accordance with client care plans.

Maintain accurate documentation and complete all allocated tasks efficiently.

Ensure safe practices and report incidents as per policy.

Support medication administration when qualified and trained.

Continuously develop skills and contribute to service improvement.

Administrative Support

Assist with data entry, electronic records, reception duties, and mailouts.

Support office operations when not delivering client care.

Undertake reception duties including screening of phone calls.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:

Current driver’s licence and access to a registered, comprehensively insured vehicle.

Maintain required clearances (e.g., NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check).

Smartphone with data and functionality for work purposes.

Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and responsive work schedule.

Desirable:

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.

Medication Assistance qualification.
