Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management reports and detailed variance analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units
• Develop and maintain financial models to support commercial strategy
• Business partnering with operational leaders to drive performance
• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement
• Contribute to system enhancements and reporting efficiency

About You:

• Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• CA or CPA qualified (or working towards completion)
• Proven experience in a commercial accounting role, ideally within a medium to large business environment
• Strong financial analysis and Excel skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across departments
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
